In an action at law by one for the use of another the expression "for the use of" is for the purpose of protecting the interest of the usee against the nominal plaintiff, and not for the benefit of the defendant, who is not interested in the declaration of use, and as far as defendant is concerned, the expression is surplusage. 183 111. 286; 188 111.
