In Louisiana. Those persons whom the testator or donor cannot deprive of the portion of his estate reserved for them by law, except in cases where he has a just cause to disinherit them. Civ. Code La. art. il482. As to the portion of the estate they are entitled to, see "Legitim." As to the causes for which forced heirs may be deprived of this right, see "Disinherison."

Code. As to the portion of the estate they are entitled to, see Legitime. The causes for which forced heirs may be deprived of this right must be stated in the testament and also established by proof by the other heirs; id.
