Forisjudicare. L. Lat. [from foris, without, and judicare, to judge; L. Fr. forjuger.] In old European law. To deprive or put out of a thing by the judgment of a court. Spelman. See Forisjudicare. To expel, or put out of court; (forisjudicium ponere.) See Forejudge. To expel or banish; to proclaim one an outlaw.
