Under a bequest to the wife of testator “absolutely, with full power for her to dispose of the same as she may think flt for the benefit of my family, having full confidence that she will do so,” the words full confidence do not constitute a trust, but are merely an expression of the testator’s wishes and belief, as distinguished from a direction amounting to an obligation; 8 Ch. D. 540.
