This term, when used with reference toa note, imports nothing in regard to the collectibility of the note, or in regard to its legal eilect or operation, other than that the note is not false, fictitious, simulated, spurious, counterieit, or, in short, that the apparent maker did make and deliver the note oliered forsale. 37 N.
