“Great Lakes State” means any of the following States: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Wisconsin;

The term "Great Lakes State" means any of the States of—
(i) Illinois;
(ii) Indiana;
(iii) Michigan;
(iv) Minnesota;
