The expression industrial pursuit is broader than "trading" or "manufacturing." It includes both, and something more. It has been held that a statute authorizing corporations for "industrial pursuits" authorizes a corpora- • tion for carrying on the express business, and a corporation for carrying on a mercantile business for the sale of goods, mining supplies, etc. Fletcher Cyclopedia Corporations 131.
