A viewing again; revisement; reconsideration; re-examination for the purpose of correction. Eeview, bill of: in equity, a bill, in the nature of a writ of error, filed to procure an examination and alteration or reversal of a decree, signed and enrolled on a former bill, for error on the face of the record, or because of newly discovered evidence. In English ecclesiastical law. Eeview, commission of: a commission formerly sometimes granted, to revise the sentence of the court of delegates, when it was apprehended they had been led into a material error.
