A limit, or inclosing line of lands; the lines between designated points; the points themselves; a boundary, v. Boundary.
In American law
Bound, or bounded tree: a tree used as a bound of lands, particularly as a point or mark from which the boundary lines are drawn. In English laic. Bound bailiffs: sherifi's ofi Bcers, so called from their being usually bound to the sheriff in an obligation with sureties, for the due execution of their office.
