Common; common things, such as running water, the air, the sea and sea shores. Commnnia pastions between common persons, i. e, between other, as distinguished from placita coronoe, criminal actions; — non sequantur curiam in aliqno loco certo: common pleas shall shall be held in some certain placed — inter tro, quod commune vocaut, in hoc between subjects are determitied in this law which they call common.
