A promise from a person or persons actual or implied in law, to do or to refrain from thing, such promise being under seal, or reduced or accompanied by a valid consideration, or form forbidden or declared inadequate by Aleatory; Bilateral; Conditional; Consensual; Executed; Executory; Express; Implied; Simple; eral. Contract of beneficence: a contract by parties is benefited, as a contract of loan, or record: a contract evidenced by matter of or recognizance.
