The restoring of a thing unlawfully taken; the putting of one in possession of lands of which he has been unlawfully disseised; the restoring to one, a judgment against whom has been revei-sed, of that of which the judgment has deprived him; the restoring of stolen goods to the owner upon conviction of the thief.
