Executio

I. The doing or following up of a thing; the doing of a thing completely or thoroughly; management or administration; the final process in an action. Executio est finis et fructus legis: execution is the end and fruit of the law. Executio juris uon habet injuriam: the execution of the law does not work a wrong.
