I. Unskilfulness. Imperitia culpae adnnmeratur: want of skill is reckoned as culpa; that is, as blamable conduct or neglect. Imperitia est maxima mechanicorum pcena: unskilfulness is the greatest punishment of mechanics; [that is, from its effect in making them liable to those by whom they are employed.]
