I Bad; bad or evil things; wrongs; offenses. Mala flde: in bad faith. Malee fldei possessor: a possessor in bad faith. Mala Itdes: bad faith. Mala gramniatica: bad grammar; — non vitiat chartam: bad grammar does not vitiate a deed. Mala in se: wrongs in themselves; acts morally wrong. Mala praxis: malpractice; unskilful management or treatment; particularly applied to the neglect or unskilful management of a physician, surgeon, or apothecary. Mala prohibita: -wrongs prohibited; acts made offenses by positive law and prohibited as such. v. Malum, In old English law. Mala tolta: an evil, unjust or oppressive toll or tax; a thing unjustly taken.
