I. No goods; the technical name of the return to a wi'it of fieri facias, where the party named in the writ has no property subject to levy. Nulla curia quae recordum non habet, potest im- Nnlla impossibilia, ant inhonesta snnt praesnmenda; rera antem, et honesta et possibilia: no things that are impossible or dishonorable are to be presumed; but things that are true and honcarable and possible. Nnlla injuria est quae in volentem flat: that is no injury which is done to a willing party. Nulla pactione effici potest nt dolus prsestetur: by no agreement can it be effected that a fraud shall be practiced.
