The law conferring legal freedom on all such freedmen as were tuitione prwtoris. See Latini Juni- ANi. Lex Junia Velleja conferred the same right on posthumous children born in the lifetime of the testator, but after the execution of the will, as were enjoyed by those born after the death of the testator.
