Labels do not differentiate products for the purpose of determining grade or quality, even though the one label may have more customer appeal and command a higher price in the marketplace from a substantial segment of the public. The economic factors inherent in brand names and national advertising should not be considered in the jurisdictional inquiry under the statutory like grade and quality test.
