Mere evidence of a tradition that Indians worshipped a meteorite, and treated it as a medicine rock belonging to the medicine men of the tribe, held insufficient to justify an inference that they had severed the meteorite from the realty and thereafter abandoned it, entitling the defendant thereto, as the next finder; Oregon Iron Co.
