Movable things; movables, q. V. Mobilia non habet situin. Movables have no situs. ^ Mobilia personam sequuntur, immobilia situm. Movables follow the person, immovables the locality. The use and transfer of personalty is regulated by the law of the domicil of the-owner; the use and disposition of realty, by the law of the place where situated.4 See Place, 1; Property; Situs.
