Oneofthe usual agreements entered into by a vendor for the protection of the vendee’s interest in the subject of purchase. It seams to be confined to an agree: ment that the grantor will execute any further instruments of conveyance that may be lawfully required, and not to extend to further obligations to be imposed on the covenantor by way of covenant.
