quam clerlcus mulctatur pro non residentia. A writ prohibiting an ordinary to take a pecuniary mulct imposed on a clerk of the sovereign for nonresidence. Reg. Writs. 59. NON SUBMISSIT (Lat.) The name of a plea to an action of debt, or a bond to perform an award, by which the defendant pleads that he did not submit. Bac. Abr. "Arbitration, etc." (G). NON SUI JURIS (Lat.)
