Oral; that which is given, or done by word of mouth; not expressed by deed or specialty. Parol contract: a verbal contract; any contract n^ of record, nor under seal, whether written or verbal. Parol demurrer: a plea for staying of the pleadings; a plea for suspension of proceedings in an action during the nonage of an infant Parol eridence: oral or verbal evidence; that which is given by word of mouth; evidence outside of a writing under seal. Parol promise: a simple contract; a verbal promise.
