Raym. 553; 12 Eng. Rul. Cas. 59. In wills, these words are sometimes construed to mean next of kin; 3 Bro. C. C. 224; 2 Jarm. This term, in its commonly accepted sense, means executors and administrators; but it may have a wider meaning, according to the intention of the person using it, and may include heirs, next of kin, descendants, assignees, grantees, receivers. and trustees in insolvency.
