Plene administravit

In practice. A plea by an executor or administrator that he has fully administered all the assets that have come to his hands, and that no .assets remain out of which the plaintiff's claim couid be satisfied.

I. I. He has fully administered; a plea by an executor or administrator, that he has fully administered all the assets that have come to his hands. Plene adrainistravit prseter: he has fully administered, except; a like plea excepting assets to a certain amount, which are not sufficient to satisfy the plaintiff's demand. pleading, is a plea in bar entered by an executor or administrator by which he afhrms that he had not in ins possession, at the time of the commencement of the suit, nor has had at any time since, any goods of the deceased to be administered; ‘when the plaintiff replies that the defendant had goods, &c. in his possession at that time, and the parties ‘Join issue, the burden of the proof will be on the plaintiff.
