The term “qualified energy resources” means—
(A) wind,
(B) closed-loop biomass,
(C) open-loop biomass,
(D) geothermal energy,
(E) solar energy,
(F) small irrigation power,
(G) municipal solid waste,
(H) qualified hydropower production, and
(I) marine and hydrokinetic renewable energy.
