In a contract for sale of goods shipped or to be shipped, the phrase, ‘‘Sea damaged, if any, to be taken at a fair valuation,” contemplates the risk of damage to the goods by perils of the sea, and does not restrict to any particular ship the subsequent transportation of such goods to their destination.
