seck.yj-. Dry; barren, v. Rent. Second deliverance. A writ for the plaintiff ia replevin, after judgment for a return on default or nonsuit, to have the goods again on his giving the same security as before. Second surcharge: a writ for surcharging a common against the same defendant against whom admeasurement of pasture has been had.
