Ancillary administration: subordinate administration, granted to collect assets in a foreign state. Cum testamento annexo: with the will annexed. Administration granted when there is a will, but no executor. De bonis non: of the goods not [administered]. Administration granted when the first executor or administrator dies before completing the work. Durante absentia: during the absence [of an executor]. Durante minori aetate: administration granted when the executor is a minor, to continue until he attains the lawful age to act. Pendente lite: administration granted pending a suit about the will.
