I. Fraud. Fraus est oelare fraudem: it is fraud to conceal fraud. Fraus est odiosa et non prsesumenda: fraud is odious, and will not be presumed. Fraus et dolus nemini patrocinari debent: fraud and deceit ought to avail no one. Fraus latet in generalibus: fraud lurks in general plirases.
