An English statute cumulation beyond a period of twenty-one years from the death of the testator. It was so called because its necessity and passage were suggested by the curious will of one Thelusson, who provided that his estate should be accumulated until the body of it should constitute the largest estate, as the testator designed, in the world.

The statute 39 & 40 Geo. III. c. 98, which restricted accumulations to a term of twenty-one years from the testator's dcath. It was passed in consequence of litigation over the will of one Thelusson.
