The woi^ds throat disease, as one of the questions to be answered in a proposal for life insurance, which, with the policy, contained a stipulation that, in case of false answers to any of the questions in the proposal, the policy should be void, — means something more than a temporary inflammation, which, at the time the proposal was made, was completely cured.
