The defendants, who owned waste land, allowed the public to traverse it, and children of all ages played on it. A child was injured by a fall of a stone from a stone pile. Held, that there being neither allurement, nor trap, nor invitation, nor dangerous object placed upon the land, the defendants were not liable; [1913] 1 K. B. 398. See Negligence.
