Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term "appropriate national security agency" means—
(A) the Department of Homeland Security;
(B) the Department of Defense;
(C) the Office of the Director of National Intelligence;
(D) the National Security Agency; and
(E) the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
