congressional oversight committees

(A) congressional leadership and authorizing and appropriations congressional committees with jurisdiction or shared jurisdiction over a department or agency;
(B) the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and
(C) the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform of the House of Representatives.
