Covered agricultural vehicle defined.—In this subsection, the term "covered agricultural vehicle" means a vehicle that is transporting unprocessed agricultural crops used for food, feed or fiber, or raw or unfinished forest products, including logs, pulpwood, biomass or wood chips.
