covered determination
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
In this paragraph, the term "covered determination" means a determination of the Secretary—
(i) to establish a Center under paragraph (1);
(ii) to renew support for a Center under paragraph (5)(A)(ii); or
(iii) to terminate a Center under paragraph (5)(B).
