covered practice
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
In this section, the term “covered practice” means any practice that discriminates for or against any person in a manner prohibited by the Constitution of the United States, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 20001 et seq.), or any other Federal law.
