covered workforce activity
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
In this section, the term "covered workforce activity" means an activity relating to—
(1) recruitment or retention of the intelligence community workforce; or
(2) diversity, equality, inclusion, or accessibility, with respect to such workforce.
