decommission
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term "decommission" means—
(A) to reestablish vegetation on a road; and
(B) to restore any natural drainage, watershed function, or other ecological processes that are disrupted or adversely impacted by the road by removing or hydrologically disconnecting the road prism.
