disclosing part B provider

Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.

the term “disclosing part B provider” means any entity receiving payment on an assignment-related basis for furnishing items or services for which payment may be made under part B of subchapter XVIII of this chapter, except that such term does not include an entity described in section 1320a–3(a)(2) of this title;
