eligible Federal funds

Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.

The term "eligible Federal funds" means funds received by a local educational agency under—

(A) this subchapter;

(B) subchapter II;

(C) subchapter III;

(D) part A of subchapter IV; and

(E) part B of subchapter V.
