environmental obligations
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term "environmental obligations" means obligations relating to the environment under—
(A) chapter 1 of the USMCA (relating to initial provisions and general definitions); and
(B) chapter 24 of the USMCA (relating to environment).
