existing dam
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
“existing dam” means any dam, the construction of which was completed or on 2 before April 20, 1977, and which does not require any construction or enlargement of impoundment structures (other than repairs or reconstruction) in connection with the installation of any small hydroelectric power project;
