Express Loan Program

Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.

The term "Express Loan Program" means the program for express loans established by the Administration under paragraph (25)(B), as in existence on April 5, 2004, with a guarantee rate—

(I) for a loan in an amount less than or equal to $350,000, of not more than 75 percent; and

(II) for a loan in an amount greater than $350,000, of not more than 50 percent.
