Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
For purposes of this subsection and subsection (b) of this section, the term “immediately” means on or before the 5th day after the day on which a Council transmits to the Secretary a fishery management plan, plan amendment, or proposed regulation that the Council characterizes as final.
