Indian health program
Defined in 3 places across 2 titles of the United States Code.
For purposes of this section, subchapter XIX, and subchapter XXI, the terms “Indian”, “Indian Tribe”, “Indian Health Program”, “Tribal Organization”, and “Urban Indian Organization” have the meanings given those terms in section 1603 of title 25.

The term “Indian health program” means—
(A) any health program administered directly by the Service;
(B) any tribal health program; and
(C) any Indian tribe or tribal organization to which the Secretary provides funding pursuant to section 47 of this title.
