investigative entity

the term "investigative entity" means—
(A) an internal investigative unit of an agency granting investigative leave under this section;
(B) the Office of Inspector General of an agency granting investigative leave under this section;
(C) the Attorney General; and
(D) the Office of Special Counsel;
