large manufacturing facility
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term "large manufacturing facility" means a manufacturing facility that—
(A) annually consumes more than 35,000 megawatt-hours of electricity; or
(B) has a peak power demand of more than 10 megawatts.
