“carrier”, “broker”, and “lessor” include a receiver or trustee of a carrier (except a household goods freight forwarder), broker, and lessor, respectively.

Carrier, lessor.—The terms “carrier” and “lessor” include a receiver or trustee of a pipeline carrier and lessor, respectively.
